Crews working on the Mt. Pleasant Street Bridge Project finished their work on the east abutment earlier today. As a result, Osborn street was opened to through traffic at 1:00pm. Osborn Street will remain open to through traffic until late this year or early next year when beams and girders are placed for the new bridge.
