The Public Works Directors Office announced today that starting at 7:00 a.m. on March 30, 2017 Madison Avenue from Shoquoquon to Dankwardt Drive will be reduced to one lane controlled by traffic control signs, channelizers, and a flagman when necessary. This lane closure will be in place so the City of Burlington's contractor can perform ditch work and pipe installation on the Cascade Storm Sewer Separation, Phase 2 Project. Expect slow moving traffic during high traffic times of day. Work expected to take 10 to 14 days, weather permitting.
