Beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016, the 200 block of North 3rd Street will have reduced lanes of traffic so a private contractor can do work on the adjacent building (F & M Bank Building). Work is expected to take less than 4 hours. Please use caution when traveling in this area.
